BMS kickstarts global expansion for innovative data platform business


Our client is the EMEA HQ of a fast growing tech company offering an advanced data platform for business intelligence and analytics and they were looking to expand. They needed to build their regional sales teams quickly and used BMS across all three markets


In under three weeks, we had two regions, including the US, under offer and accepted.


After extensive research, one of the candidates we approached for the US role was Matt Fogarty - his skillset and experience looked a great match and we felt there would be a good cultural fit. We introduced the idea of a new role to him as he wasn't actively looking at the time, he was interested and we engaged in the assessment process as part of our proven 'Rule of Six' methodology

We kept in constant contact with the client, with the other candidates and with Matt, ultimately delivering the feedback he needed to secure the role as the US Account Executive.
